Natalie Ellis is a senior arts manager with a special interest in arts and health. She is Head of Arts at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, responsible for directing an innovative multi-arts engagement programme that aims to enhance the hospital environment and improve care for patients, visitors and staff. Prior to this Natalie worked in the community arts field, holding posts at leading arts organisations including the Royal Opera House, Spitalfields Music, Britten Sinfonia and Saffron Hall.

Outside of work Natalie sings with Britten Pears Chamber Choir and enjoys sea swimming on the Suffolk coast.
