Karys’ current role at Orchestras Live has developed organically over several years to address the growing needs of the organisation with a greater emphasis on learning from data, impact and insight. Reporting directly to the CEO, her central role within the organisation connects her with all teams and the board of trustees, including measuring Orchestras Live’s impact at project level, against our Business Plan priorities, and using data to support strategic decision making at all levels. She line manages the Data & Administration Assistant role.
