Becky develops our programmes with partners in the North of England, building a network of partners that effectively contribute to producing orchestral work in their place. The place-focused approach delivers co-creative experiences for communities that celebrate the places, people and stories of the North. Alongside this, Becky's work focuses on creating opportunities for young people to experience and be inspired by orchestras. She works with partners to support the musical workforce in the region through training, placements and targeted professional development opportunities.

Becky also is the strategic lead for Orchestras Live’s work with children and young people.
